Three ways to partner

Refer, resell or partner.

Pick how you want to work with Odore. In each, your clients' creators and data stay in their own workspace.

  1. 01Refer

    Bring Odore to a client.

Introduce a brand that needs its creator work in one place. Odore Specialists can launch it with the brand, and your team can work alongside them. The client relationship stays yours.

    See Odore Specialists
  2. 02Resell

Offer Odore as part of your service.

Your team runs the client's creator work in its white-label workspace: its own branded app, its domain, and creator messages sent in its name. Odore stays in the background.

  3. 03Partner

Launch together, then take it over.

We can pitch to the client with you. Odore Specialists then launch the community with your team. In one programme, the brand's team took over from month 2. At handover your agency runs it, with the playbook written along the way.

White label

Creators see your client's brand.

Creators hear from your client directly, by email, WhatsApp and push, or in the client's own branded app, with its colours and domain.

Solara's creator app being edited in Studio, from Solara demo data: the theme pages and the custom domain, and a preview as the creator Rhea Duval shows the Solara Creator Hub with "Hello, Rhea", her 1,650 points and the new Autumn Gloss campaign. Beside it, the Campaign agent has drafted a WhatsApp message inviting Rhea to Autumn Gloss. It is a draft, not sent, until a person approves and sends it.

Direct communication

Briefs, invites and reminders go out once from Studio, on the channel each creator uses. The Campaign agent drafts each message, and nothing is sent until a person approves.

Your client's own branded app

The client's colours, pages and domain, published from a draft. Creators and professionals in the same app, with credential checks at sign-up.

Inside the workspace

Your team works in your client's workspace.

Each person on your team is added to the client brands they work on. Their work lands on the same profiles, under the client's sign-off.

  • One login across your clients

Your team uses one login across your clients' workspaces. Each person is added to the client brands they work on, as Admin, Analyst or Viewer, and removed the same way.

  • A reviewer stage in sign-off

Campaign sign-off runs in stages with named reviewers. Your account director can sign off beside the brand manager.

  • The same profiles

Shortlists, notes and scores go on each creator's profile, which stays with your client's brand.

  • A record of every decision

The audit log shows who decided what, and when, for every sign-off and change.

Campaign sign-off for Beach Waves, version 3, a reel for 40 creators, in Solara's workspace, from Solara demo data. Brief and steps was signed off by Priya Shah on 29 September and Legal and disclosure on 30 September. Brand sign-off runs in parallel with two reviewers: Tess Hale from Northline signed off on 1 October at 16:20, then Priya Shah signed off, so the campaign is ready to launch. Tess has Admin access, as only Admins approve.
Client reports

Client reports, built once and sent on a schedule.

Save the weekly report in Analytics, mark it client-safe and schedule it. Companion reads the results and suggests what to change in the next brief.

A weekly client report in Solara's Analytics, from Solara demo data, created by Tess Hale: client-safe, saved, and scheduled for Mondays at 08:00 to Priya Shah. It shows approved posts by month for the last 12 months. Companion's read says photos in natural light earned the most saves this quarter, with its sources, and suggests adding it to the next brief. The next send is Monday 5 October at 08:00, a client-safe PDF and CSV to Priya Shah.
  • 01

    Client-safe by setting

A saved report goes out daily, weekly or monthly, internal or client-safe, as PDF and CSV.

  • 02

    Answers with sources

Ask Companion who posted this week and it answers with its sources, says what is missing and ends with a next step.

  • 03

    Results into the next brief

Companion suggests a brief change with its sources, and a person adds it.

Launch to handover

Odore launches it with you. Your agency runs it.

Odore Specialists can launch your client's community with your team, then hand it over. Your agency runs it on the same profiles.

A launch plan in five steps for Solara, from Solara demo data: set up and first creators, led by Odore; first campaigns, Odore with Northline; run together, Northline with Odore; and your team runs it, Northline.

After handover, kits keep shipping from Odore inside the platform, the agents keep the first pass on profiles and posts, and Odore Specialists can step back in when needed.

Bring Odore to your next client.

Tell us about the client and the creator work they need. We will show you the workspace and how each way to partner works.
