Three ways to work

Launch with you, run alongside you, or step in.

Pick the mode that fits the quarter. In every one of them the work happens in your workspace, on your profiles, with your team.

  1. 01

    Launch with you

We set up your workspace, turn your brief into scoring and safety rules, recruit and vet the first creators and run the first campaigns with your team. Kits ship from Odore when a brief needs product.

    How it ends

A handover: your team or your agency runs it, with the playbook we wrote along the way.

  2. 02

    Run alongside you

A strategist on the plan and the shortlists, a community manager on creator replies and the approvals queue, an analyst on the reports, inside the same campaigns as your team.

    How it ends

    When you decide.

  3. 03

    Step in when needed

For a busy quarter, a new market or a big launch. A specialist joins the campaign team for a defined piece of work, then leaves the shortlists, notes and results in your workspace.

    How it ends

The shortlists, notes and results stay on the profiles.

Each mode is staffed from the same four roles.

Who they are

Four roles, each with a clear job.

Each specialist does a named part of the work, in the same screens your team uses, and leaves the results on your profiles.

  • Creator strategist

Turns your brief into a scoring brief and safety rules. Builds shortlists in Discovery with a written note on each creator. Plans each campaign's steps and reads the results into the next brief.

    In the productDiscovery, Campaigns

  • Community manager

Handles creator replies on email and WhatsApp, keeps the approvals queue moving, and keeps the calendar full so each creator has a next brief waiting.

In the productStudio, Today, Review desk

  • Fulfilment coordinator

Plans kits and stock for each market, checks each market's shipping rules and tracks every kit from claimed to delivered.

    In the productFulfilment, Today

  • Content and reporting analyst

Builds the saved reports your team and your agency read each week, schedules them, and prepares client-safe exports. Reads what performed and brings it to the next brief with the creator strategist.

    In the productAnalytics, Studio

Four screens from Solara's workspace, from Solara demo data. The creator strategist: Camille Roux's shortlist of new creators for Italy in Discovery, 12 creators with a written note on each, approved by Priya Shah. The community manager: Hana Moretti (@wavesbyhana) writes on WhatsApp that her kit arrived and asks to post on Saturday; the Campaign agent drafts the reply and Sami Okafor approves it before it is sent. The fulfilment coordinator: in Today, the kit for @imani.brooks is checked against the United States shipping rules and ready to pack; the Operations agent shows the stock covers 140 more kits, and Noor Haddad, Odore's fulfilment coordinator with Admin access, approves it. The content and reporting analyst: a weekly, client-safe Winter scalp series report scheduled to Tess Hale, with Companion's read of the results beneath.
How it works

Our people work in your workspace, under your rules.

Specialists are members of your team list, with a role per brand. Everything they do lands on your profiles and in your audit log.

  • One login, a role per brand

Each specialist is added to the brands you choose, as Admin, Analyst or Viewer, and removed the same way.

  • The same profiles

Shortlists, notes and scores go on the creator's profile, which stays with your brand after the engagement ends.

  • Your sign-off

Campaign sign-off runs in stages with named reviewers. Specialists draft and propose. A specialist with Admin access approves inside your rules, and you decide who has it.

  • A record of every decision

The audit log shows who decided what, and when, for every sign-off and change, including ours.

Odore for agencies
Handover

Every launch ends with a handover.

When we launch with you, the handover is in the plan from the start. Three things are in place before we step back.

A launch plan in five steps, from Solara demo data: set up, first creators, first campaigns, run together, and your team runs it. Odore leads the first steps with Solara's team, and Solara's team leads the last.
  • 01

The playbook, written as we go

Which briefs produced content, which creators reply on WhatsApp and which on email, how each problem was solved. It lives in the workspace, on the profiles and campaigns it describes.

  • 02

    The rhythms, run together

A new brief before the last one closes, kits in the calendar, the queue opened most days. In the last stretch of a launch your team sets the next one, with us beside them.

  • 03

    One owner on your side

A community needs one person who opens the queue every morning, a second who can cover, and a route to legal.
