AI you can check

Scores come with a written reason.

The Safety agent scores profiles and posts across image, text and audio, writes down why, and says when the sample is too small.

Two safety scores from Solara demo data. Rhea Duval: Safety 96, cleared by the Safety agent, 20 posts read across all three accounts, confirmed by a reviewer. @curlroom.notes_7: Safety 91, needs review, limited sample of 2 posts; confidence degraded because only 2 of 5 requested posts were analysed; a reviewer can approve or reject. The Safety agent is AI and can make mistakes. A reviewer confirms each verdict.

    Advisory scores

A score informs the decision, and the thresholds are yours to set.

  • 02

    Checked on arrival

Each post is checked for the brief's hashtags and mentions, competitor mentions and safety. Disclosure is checked against each market's ad rules, such as ASA and FTC. Usage rights are tracked on every post. A reviewer then approves it or requests changes in the Review desk.

    Answers with sources

Companion cites the sources behind each answer and says what is missing. It is AI and can make mistakes, and the screen says so.

Agents and scopes

Agents work inside the scopes you approve.

Six agents score, rescan, draft and propose. Each records its work for your review, or acts once you switch a scope on.

How Companion and the agents work
Agent scopes in Solara's settings, from Solara demo data. The Campaign agent has 3 scopes, 1 on Execute: comms drafts, drafts only and nothing sends, record only, as this scope can't act; schedule changes, reversible and can be undone, set to Execute; broadcast sends, not reversible so each one is confirmed, set to record only. The Safety agent has 1 scope, none on Execute: vetting recommendations, record only by policy, and a reviewer confirms each verdict.
Six agents, one job each
  • Safety agentScores profiles and posts across image, text and audio, with a written reason.
  • Discovery agentFinds new creators across 350M+ profiles and ranks them against your brief.
  • Monitoring agentRescans members on a schedule and flags when a score drifts.
  • Campaign agentDrafts messages and schedule changes, and a person approves before anything sends.
  • Audience agentProposes segments and who to invite next.
  • Operations agentTracks every kit and the stock against claims, and flags delays to your team.
  • Record only or Execute

Scopes are set agent by agent. On Record only, the agent records its work for your review and takes no action.

  • Undo, or confirm each time

Reversible actions, such as schedule changes, can be undone. Actions that cannot be reversed, such as broadcast sends, are confirmed one by one.

  • A person decides

Proposals wait in the Review desk until a person approves, and nothing is sent to a creator until a person approves it.

Access

A role for everyone, brand by brand.

Admin, Analyst and Viewer access, set brand by brand. Viewer is read only. Agency staff and Odore Specialists who work with you get a role like anyone else.

The workspace team for Solara, from Solara demo data, with the roles Admin, Analyst and Viewer: Priya Shah, brand manager at Solara, Admin; Tess Hale from Northline, Solara's agency, account director, Admin; from Odore, Camille Roux, creator strategist, Analyst; Sami Okafor, community manager, Admin; and Noor Haddad, fulfilment coordinator, Admin.
  • A role on each brand

Someone who works across your brands holds a separate role on each one.

  • Agencies and Specialists

Your agency and Odore Specialists can work in the same workspace as your team, each with the role you give them.

  • One profile across your brands

A creator keeps one profile across your brands, and each brand's team works under its own roles.

Audit log

Who decided what, and when.

Every sign-off and change is recorded with who made it and when, and campaign sign-off keeps its own history by stage.

  • Sign-off in stages

Sequential or parallel stages, assigned reviewers, and a history of who signed off what and when.

  • Approvals carry a name

When a person approves an agent's proposal, the record shows who approved it and at what time.
