How Garnier increased online reviews for their product

Goals & Objectives
Garnier aimed to generate reviews for their popular Hair Mask product by targeting TikTok as their chosen platform. They sought to create an interactive experience by incorporating engaging content in their ads, which would appeal to and engage a younger audience.
To encourage customers to leave a review, Garnier offered a sample as an incentive. They developed a microsite using our design studio and then integrated it into their TikTok ads.
